  I call you to discuss the details. I search for apartments. I send you a list of selected apartments. You choose apartments you want to see. I arrange the viewings. I pick you up. You view the apartments and decide. I bring you back. I request rental contract from the landlord. I send you rental contract and English summary. You meet with landlord, sign the contract, pay deposit, 1st month rent. You get apartment keys and „Wohnungsgeberbestätigung“.

  I call you to discuss the details. I pick you up. You, I and Landlord meet at apartment. I create a protocol with pictures of all meters, number of keys, existing damages. You, I and Landlord sign that protocol. You keep that protocol.

  I call you to discuss the details. I schedule an appointment at Citizens Department. I tell you to bring needed documents 4. I pick you up and accompany to appointment 5. You receive immediately your Registration Confirmation.

  I call you to discuss the details. I inform you about necessary documents. I inform you if a „Daycare Voucher“ is required. I send you up to 5 facilities in your area. I schedule appointment at facilities of your interest. I accompany you to appointments. I fill out Kindergarden application form. You pass on application to Kindergarden. You wait for letter from Kindergarden.

  You send application form and other documents to Family Fund
